My experience has shown me that when we step out of our own mindset of what food and cooking is about and have a clear perspective of a culture that has been growing at an excellerated pace from the influences of the past.

We then have a clear objective about how we cook and looking at an ingredient we become more aware of what to do with it, especially we can use it in so many different recipes...
