Carmela's Cucina, Sorrento Travel & Cruise and Visit Palermo, have come together to create a 10 night, unique culinary and cultural lifestyle experience to the Island of Sicily. This cultural experience starts in Palermo on the 3rd of October 2017 till the 13th of October 2017.

Finally when we have settled back home from our culinary experience, we will be joining the group with friends and cooking up all the tastes from the culinary food (cibo) of Palermo, in the kitchen of the Italian Club in Rosebud together with Carmela.

We will be holding an information evening at my restaurant Sorrento Trattoria, 20 Ocean beach road, Sorrento. On Sunday the 27th of February @ 5pm, bookings essential, $20 per person, this is the start of our experience together, food, information and a glass of wine included.
